I've heard magnesium has helped a lot of people with RLS

RLS AND MAGNESIUM
I'm one who has had 99% relief from daily mag plus B6, cramp bark, zinc and passion flower. Initially designed for the treatment of migraines - called 'migraine stop'. Changed my life! I said 99% because occasionally I get a wee warning tingle around bedtime but a quick walk around, a shower or just the process of getting ready for bed sorts it!
I use magnesium spray on my legs, it does help calm them down mostly. The only downside is, it brings you out in spots, and can make your legs very dry.
Maybe try a vegan diet I've heard it can cure all ?
Yes, magnesium has almost taken my rls away and it really was bad before e.g. had to stand up and walk around to watch tv, always have side aisle at cinema etc. Now almost nothing and if I do happen to have any problems I also use magnesium spray. I should add that for 2 years I haven't had any alcohol at all aand I'm pretty certain that has helped massively.
Magnesium citrate has worked incredibly well for me. I starting taking about 3 months ago and have been almost completely RLS free. The very few times I’ve gotten RLS, since I began taking it, were either when I forgot to take my daily mag dose or I had over eaten sweets before bed. It has relieved me of years of struggling, sometimes for hours, nightly due to severe RLS.
