Well it seems magnesium works hardly had any bother with rls quite relieved I read it either too much magnesium or too little so we'll see what happens but so far absolutely fantastic

Are you taking Iron B6 with it? if not then it won't be being taken up properly - so glad it's working for you. It's working for me too!
