I feel so happy as today for the 1st time in 3years I didnt take mirapex. I started on cbd oil last week and thank God it seems to work for me. Im in bed and I had a slight attack in my leg so I tied my cuff around my foot and its completely bearable. Please try cbd oil. Its miraculous for me anyway so why not for you

Hi memmy, how do you use the oil as my legs trouble me day as well as night. I live in Spain and the oil is widely available.

I started with 2 drops under the tongue in the morning, 3 at lunchtime and 4 at night. However I spoke too soon and after I had a horrible leg and couldnt sleep all night. Does anyone know if Tramadol is available in Greece

Hi if you are off drugs and in Greece now is a good time to try a diet. Try zero caffiene, zero lactose, zero gluten and see what happens. You could even add Low Fodmap if you want to be adventurous. Just a suggestion because diets have worked very well for me. Not perfect but many good nights sleep. Wont work for everyone but you might be lucky.

My husband and I both tried cbd oil. We have various health issues, lung disease, epilepsy (controlled) Restless Legs, Osteoporosis, high blood pressure - I could go on! Unfortunately the oil did nothing for any of our problems , so please don't think it will work for everyone. It is the current 'Must have" drug, but I have read the only disease it has been proven to go with is epilepsy.

That’s good news that it’s working for you.

I am about to try it. I am on Lyrica and Tramadol (a bit of relief but not 100%). I have come off the Neupro patch and don’t want to go back onto that class of drugs.

Would you mind telling me what dosage you use of the CBD oil and what form - capsules, drops, etc.

What does cod oil stand for? Is it coconut oil?

Look on the internet to find all you need to know. It is nothing to do with coconut, it is a derivative of cannabis, but perfectly legal. It is the current fashionable thing to take but there seems little evidence it works. We tried with cbd purchases from Holland and Barrett but husband was told the dose is so low as to be useless. We got some stronger stuff from a reliable source of the internet, cost over £80 for a small bottle. Didn't do either of us any good at all. Think it is a bit of a con but if it works for you, good luck!

Hi Memmy that is wonderful. I also start with the oil 3 weeks ago. And are very glad to say so far so good. I'm down from 2 and a half pezola to a half. Have RLS for over 20years. I started with one capsule 2 times a day.

Google CBD oil you will get alot of info about what it is. Didnt work for me.
