New to this community and have never even seen a GP about this issue - Just assumed we have to put up with this as being an inevitable part of growing older. I have much more life threatening issues to contend with but if there are any ways to alleviate this problem I should be pleased to hear. Thankyou in advance!

Warfarin can reduce serum ferritin ( and that in turn can cause RLS).
You will probably have regular blood tests so find out serum ferritin levels. They need to be above 75, preferably above 100. Normal levels are above 12 so ask for the actual number. If below 100 take ferrous bisglycinate supplements BUT check first with your doctor as you have blood thinners and high blood pressure meds.
