encouraging news thank you
Yep!!!! For me it’s a gift.
I just wish those with some power 'out there' would do something about researching this stuff and then making it legal.
I suspect that as with all treatments there will be side effects which become obvious and then there can be proper debate about safety and risks/benefits. Anecdotal isn't enough for me to dare to try though I am desperate for relief.
Some of the current treatments were hailed as wonder drugs till the longer term effects became apparent. It's so hard as many treatments can seem wonderful at first for so many conditions. The trials as far as I know only follow things for 1-2 years and then it's up to longer term surveillance, otherwise nothing would ever get off the ground.
good post thank you
I've been using kratom every night (my RLS is very severe) for over four years now. It has changed my life. I can fly on airplanes now to visit my grandchildren. I can sit and read in the evening. I can go to movies and shows. I can be comfortable for long car rides. I can understand that some people are reluctant to try it but here's my thinking: there are currently no good options for treating RLS. The Rx drugs have very unpleasant side effects and often end up making the disease worse. Kratom has been used in Southeast Asia for hundreds of years, and my guess is that if it had terrible side effects they would have surfaced by now. This is unlike the drugs that drug companies make. So I figure it's the least bad option.
Good video! Thanks for taking the time to make it.
