I recently had a blood test which showed my serum calcium level was low. Could this be a factor in increased RLS symptoms? I began calcium and vitamin D supplements and the RLS is less frequent.

Glad it works for you. Vitamin D supplements are generally good for all sorts of medical conditions. I take vit D in high doses in the winter months but avoid calcium as it is not so good for my MS.
