Hi. My names Jo. I suffer with RLS but also get it in my arms.... Most of the time when I've just gone to bed! I hate going to bed RLS drives me bonkers and that's putting it politely... At least now, hopefully I have found some fellow sufferers to go bonkers with!!!! Arghhhhhh...... 😉

Considering that we are all here because of such a pernicious condition, this is a remarkably upbeat and cheerful forum and I think it is because so many of us feel the way you do - such a relief to find others who totally understand the miseries of life with rls.

Hi involuntarydancer (love your name 😃) I have many other health issues as well as RLS and feel if I didn't keep laughing I would go off my rocker!!! Positivity helps me stay strong..... Although I don't feel it sometimes, as I'm sure we all have our moany days lol.....

I too suffer with RLS in my arms. My arms feel limp in the morning when I wake up and it takes a while to regain strength,,, so odd. People who don't suffer with this Malady just can't even begin to understand how we feel.

You know, I can put up with all my other ailments even really chronic pain but RLS makes my life a misery!! It's awful isn't it. Xx
