Yes indeed- it has been successful for many people.
Especially useful for during pregnancy.

I have some and used it the other day. I think it does help but can make my legs itchy.

I take magnesium for a heart condition. It's never made any difference to my RLS.

I take Magnesium along with the Pramipexole and Codeine - Consultant said it can do no harm but no evidence to say it helps!!
