Ropinerole,iron,alprazolam,cpap cocktail... working for now.

Still here... I am on Ropinerole .25 mg and iron tablets and CPAP machine. I am still having some RLS problems but tolerable.I Oh and also alprazolam 1 mg for insomnia.So it helps me a lot to take meds 15 minutes before getting into bed.I take meds and read for a while.Then I hook up machine and can usually sleep.I noticed that if I have anxiety when I lay down I will usually have bad RLS.But when I take meds early and relax first I can sleep.For now I am OK but I am aware of augmentation and with the help of this community I know what to do if the Doc cooperates.Having trouble with his assistant who thinks she's God though. So on top of insomnia,RLS, and Apnea I have to deal with drama from the doc's nurse . Ongoing RLS soap opera.Anyway my heart goes out to all of you .Best wishes .
