Well I hope it has worked for you. I take tramadol 50mg with Ropinirole 0.25mg and vary the dosage occasionally and it seems to work.

Beady, how many of your new tablets did you take and what time?

Beady, Yes o ne Tramadol together with one of your new ones would total you 87.5 mg so might help.Just had dressing changed on toe, bleeding alot but going on ok, thanks for asking x

Beady, try to take both the lower dose Tramadol closer together. I take one at 8-00 then another at 9-00. See if that helps or not. If my legs play up in the afternoon, i take one then aswell, as long as you take that one 6 hrs before your evening ones. Sometimes we need to play with what time we take meds to suit us. If that doesnt work or taking the afternoon one is too much, then do as you said and try one of the old Trams and 1 new one. I have thought of doing that myself, but i would need to get some 50mg from doctor.

Thanks for reply we do try to help one another don't we. My Tram were great but they make me so tiered I can't function ,do they make you the same or don't they make any difference to you. I will see what tonight brings and let you know

Yes, thats what we try to do, help one another. I take the lower dose Tramadol, two of them, but i also add a 1/2 of a Pramipexole (Mirapex) I do get some breakthrough RLS in the night, but i do get enough sleep. I dont feel sleepy the next day, unless i dont cut the Pramipexole evenly and take more than 1/2. I do sometimes feel sleepy late afternoon, and early evening at times. For me, its weighing up on whether i want to be knocked out all night by taking more of the Prami, and not function the next day, or do as i am and wake a couple of times in the night and can function the next day. I am very sensitive to all the RLS meds, my tolerance is low. Good luck for tonight. :)

I didn't....! I missed the appointment by 5mins....and they couldn't fit me in till Dec 1st..just got some sleeping tablets though....Zolpidem 10 mg (Stilnox) at least to try and get me off to sleep before the RLS kicks in (pardon the pun)
