I have started to take two apple cider vinegar with turmeric, ginger & pepper capsules that I bought for a few pounds in a store and well as a bottle of Santogen tonic wine, both I take in early evening as well as 0.25mg Ropinerole (used to be 0.5mg) the effect is a reduction in my RLS symptoms in the evening but I still wake up in the night to RLS but not as severe as in the past. I'm not sure if it is the capsules or a combination of a few glasses of Santogen and capsules but I have noticed my RLS symptons are reduced and fairly manageable recently. Has anyone else on this forum taken these capsules to any effect?

Apple Cider vinegar tablets.
Glad it's helpful. Someone posted several months ago that apple cider vinegar had really helped their RLS, so you're not the first to mention it.
I've seen apple cider vinegar recommended previously. I hope it continues to help.
What is the brand of apple cider vinegar you are taking please. Also I have been taking Magnesium Citrate 1000 mg and my RLS has almost gone.
They are Vit Direct apple cider vinegar with tumeric ginger and pepper 400 mg capsules that I got from Home Bargains store (UK) for about £3 for 60 capsules. I have not tried Magnesium Citrate but I will give it a try to see if it helps.
Thank you, magnesium seemed to work after 2 weeks for me. Let me know if it works.
Hi,can you please tell me what time is best to take these,I'm up for giving anything a fellow sufferer recommends?
That's a curious combination of supplements! I use Apple Cider Vinegar to increase stomach acid and increase absorption of food. I also use HCL w/Pepsin. The Wine Tonic is wine with vitamins and iron. I can't tell how much iron is in the product, but it could be helping with iron deficiency. Most of your RLS help is coming from the Ropinerole.
