My doctor first checked my iron and B vitamin levels to make sure they were ok which they were. Your doc isn't completely off base . But if taking supplements does't give immediate relief which I think we all need. Going without sleep is physically and mentally dangerous and your family , friends , and doctors should know this.

VERY rare that B1 or any supplement will help your RLS to the point that you can even tell if it is. My answer would be "no clue". I know a LOT of people who have tried that and other supplements and B1, by itself, is probably not going to help RLS one bit, remembering are all different. But, if you have any level of RLS, a B vitamin is not going to do it for you. OF course, so your own research, but I have ben hearing about Magnesium and B vitamins for well over a decade, and do not know anyone that can say that B1 categorically helped RLS, or even lessened it. Sorry. look at rlshelp.org o the treatment page.

Ok thanks for that. I've heard about magnesium too. Did try for a while but no change. Am going to try ginkgo for a while it's meant to b good. I have noticed that legs are quite a bit better when I keep my feet very warm which I don't understand !! But will keep trying for a while xx

All of your vitamins and minerals should be checked. They need

to be up to par for good health. Did you read some of the comments

that white tea person wrote about iron and some other stuff? It's

good stuff. The bioavailable iron is helping me. I am a little low on iron.

Yes but use Benfotiamine a car soluble form of vit B1. So far two nights without restless legs, a miracle for me.
