Evening...

Thanks to all you fine folks for your encouragement & support. For sure, it's not gone as planned today, but I can still try this evening - day isn't over yet. Another day another chance tomorrow I hope too. At least I feel I have a real purpose keeping trying. There's none in being a smoker that's for sure. Night folks, stay safe & well. x

Don't despair, This is my millionth time at stopping, Something has really thrown all my switches this time and I will stop. The fact that you have planted the stopping seed in your own head is a positive thing and with the support offered from all these wonderful people here, you couldn't be in better company.
