Hi everyone,day 4 done,been so busy ferrying the big kids and grandchild about today had no time to think about a smelly fag.but as soon as I sat down at 8pm craving crept on me so had a spray and then went for a bath and was fine,good nite ready for day 5,sleep well everyone.xxx
