My last fag

Hello,I have just had my last cig,I am going to sleep now and in the morning i have my patch and my spray.instead of my cig.I recently quit for seven weeks,but stupidly thought one would be ok,how wrong I was, so hopefully I won't make that mistake again.

I know how you felt having 'just one' after having given up for a while..but whats done is done and all we can do is get back on track sounds like youre ready and all set to kick nics butt tomorrow..so all best wishes and extra strength to you ..sleep well jan x

Well done to you, stopping smoking is the singe most important thing you can do to improve your health all round

There may be days ahead that will try and test you, stick with it, stay strong and remember that any cravings are a positive sign of recovery

Thank you for your advice,i have only used the patch this morning have not had to use the spray YET lol. I tried to quit last time on my own with no support... and am hoping this time with the help of people who are going or have gone through the same I can make it. Once again thank you.xxx
