That's fab Kevc, you've done ever so well. Could you PM me the type of e-cig you are using? I'm just trying to collect as much info about the different types of e-cigarettes and understand how they work. Just so I can talk more about them as many of our members have successfully quit through using them.

i use liberty flights e cig,it consists of a rechargable battery and an atomiser which you can refill with e juice. The juice comes in a variety of flavours and different strenghts of nicotin,i started of on a 24 strenght and have now dropped down to 14,next step 8 then 0.The juice is a vegetable gylcol in which the ncotine is mixed,they do make it in a propylene glycol and veg mix but i found that the propylene made my throat very dry so i just stick to the veg type.Believe it or not but 6 months ago i was using 4 inhalers a day now i am down to just1,not bad eh.Hope this has been some use to you,
