3 MONTHS and counting

3 Months today, sooooooo proud of myself. I hope that everyone whether 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or how ever long, feels proud of theirself also. Quite the accomplishment we all have going here. Still have the odd bad times, but I must admit that the desire to have a cig, fag, coffin nail, or whatever you wish to call it, occurs less and less often now. Still extremely grateful that this site exist, as reading the trials and tribulations of others helps mine seem less daunting.

Hey kaelie I'm nearing 8 weeks now and can honestly say things have improved from earlier. Think I went to hell and back but held on !!! Still am holding firm and like you, reading others trials has helped me sooooooo much . I think a lot about cigs but really don't want one. I just don't want to think about them either. But 7.5 weeks in and the light at the end of the tunnel is in view!!! :-)))) well done you on 3 months!!! Sooo glad your smiling at your achievement!! Keep on keeping on!!

Hey Briar!! Yep! Must say it's been a loooooooooong roller coaster!!! But gently gently ducking and diving and dodging the bullets!!!! Sooo looking forward to the day I DONT think about a cig :-)))) next goal x
