Feel good, like I knew I should..........

Well, after a bit of a rough ride lately, the sun was out this morning and I thought "What the F***, I'm going blading". Well the dreaded infection that prompted me to finally give up smoking has taken it's toll and I felt it. My legs were fine but I got short of breath quite easily. I've lost a few pounds and I'm generally out of shape as I haven't really done anything energetic for weeks now. Anyway, each day, I am getting a little stronger and with spring on it's way, I will be back on form in no time at all.

Day 13. Feel good, Like I knew I should.....

Little and often, you,ll get there, everythink takes time. You have been ill and your body needs time to recuperate, dont push yourself to much as you,ll go backwards. Patience, :)

Let it go, rant away, it helps. I have three inflatable lizards that I kick mercilessly and I talk utter jibberish to my Cilla Black poster. It works. Hang on in there.
