USING an e cig

been usind an e cig for almost 3 weeks and hopefully i have cracked it 1st time i have ever tried to quit aswell after smoking for 32 years

Hi Kazza I also the e cig and it helped me when I quit 1st January 2013.. Good news is I am still going strong and now I am on the inhaler and its been ok, Went and had my carbon monoxide levels checked again today and they are now at 1 level which two weeks ago were 3. I wish you well and keep going with it. Remember we are all here in the same boat and you learn a lot from all the good people on here..
