Free book

If anyone has a Kindle there is a free book on Amazon called Your Quit Smoking System, I noticed it today, hope it helps someone. I havent read it but its looks quite interesting. If it keeps your mind off the dreaded Ciggys and gives you some good advice then its worth having a look.

I am reading Allan Carr's book Easy way for women to stop smoking without putting on weight! i actually stopped smoking before i started reading it but it is helping with the cravings and has helped reduce my use of nicotine replacement.

I read the other Allen Carr Book called " easyway to stop smoking" and stopped on 27th Feb, also read it twice again in the first 2 weeks of stopping and am still happy as a non smoker, no going back, freedom at last after many many years.

Glad it worked for you too Linda, it really brain washed me into being a non smoker and I didn't use any other form of replacement to stop apart from my book and this site.

I think any self help book could help anyone who wants to be helped, as the mind is an amazing thing.

We are all different, and it may take loads of times trying to stop until you find a way that works, and I'm so happy a 2nd hand paperback book off ebay saved me being a slave to the ciggys
