Morning Pete, this is a n american breakfast so they don'y know what veggies are. Plus they only drink coffee not tea (unless it's some kind of weirdo, weirdly named type of stuff).

I think special K is rubbish - I had shreddies today, grape nuts yesterday and weetabix day before. (Belly's not shrinking yet though! )

Yeah my breks today was a vanilla latte from M&S. Must start eating b'fast, probably would help to get rid of cravings. I always like shreddies, I think shreddies are great - mind you can't beat a good american breakfast

When I told my PT about a fry up dinner (fried egg on fried bread with fried bacon ) once he did go a bit ape with me!

i think the biggest miss of all times would be (wait for it) eggs with out the BACON

I agree, eggs are a bit strange without bacon - sausages just don't do the same thing - as for the reverse, bacon is ok in a sandwich (has to be with white bread and butter with optional tomato) but on a plate is nothing without the egg!
