Hi Lyndelou, Week 22 thats brilliant. I find logging into this site and chatting keeps me motivated and we have a laugh on the way.

Your picture reminded me of what I posted the other day. God loves a smoker, but dislikes smoke.

Keep in touch and stay positive. :)

Hi Lyndelou,

each past attempt is a practice to the real time and the more times you try the stronger you become :-)

Let me know the date that you quit smoking and I shall put your name up onto our 'Wall of Winners' :-)

Take each day as it comes and stay strong

We believe in that you can do this :-)

Aaaaah bless ya :-)

Always look at the positive though, in comparison to the damage and harm that smoking was doing to you, a little bit of extra weight is nothing :D

Think about the foods you are eating, will it be anything to do with the types of food that you are eating that's helping to tip the scales over to the numbers you'd rather not see?

You are doing great at the moment so try not to worry too much. Once the weight gain (however big or small) becomes too much concern for you, then you can slowly but surely look at changing your diet or eating habits :)
