Hi emjay , andi, pete, lenne and everyone else. Been to the dentist. Yeah he asked me if I was still smoking. Wow it felt great telling him I had quit. He said it was the best thing to do , for keeping my mouth healthy and teeth white. I must admit my tongue looks clean and healthy where as before it was nearly always furry. Its amazing how smoking can effect different parts of your body. It must be awful for dentist having to smell stale smoke on your breath. Just dont think about it at the time.

Love to everyone, and enjoy the weather if you get chance.

Jillygirl.
