I'm on day 2 of quitting and doesn't take much now to make me cry. I want to go to the store and buy a pack. 😐πŸ˜ͺ

Hi tippysweet and welcome to Quit Support.

Good advice already from our lovely Yvonneh be sure to have a look through the pinned posts heres the link healthunlocked.com/quitsupp...

Drink plenty of water as this will help detox your lungs .

Are you using anything to replace your cigarettes? It may ust mean keeping busy and may be chew on some gum that will help you get through the hard times. One more day and the nicotine will have virtually gone from your body, and your lungs can start to heal and your circulation will improve.

Stay strong and join us on a daily basis if possible ,Dont worry even if you relapse we can help you get back on track. It may not seem like it but it honestly does get better,

Be very proud of yourself everyday you havent smoked.

Stick to our Mantra N O P E!

Not One Puff Ever,

Look forward to supporting you. β˜ΊοΈπŸ‘x
