Hi Freebuffalo, good to hear youβre going strong and you can be very proud of yourself, well doneππͺ Nearly 5 months smoke free is a fantastic achievement ππ π€xx

It really is an achievement you can be proud of, and the most wonderful gift to yourself possible, quitting smoking.
Congratulations on 5 months (in 4 days' time!)
As a long-term smoker, I find that the urge to smoke, after 2 years without a puff, is non-existent. I focus my time and energy on doing fun things and improving my health and fitness when I used to spend so much time worrying and fretting to make sure I had all the things I needed to keep smoking - tobacco, cigarette papers, filters, lighters, lighter fuel. What a total waste of my valuable time that was!
Fresh air is so underrated, don't you find?π

Well done.

Mazel tov and awesome ππ»ππΎ
