Pause for a moment, take deep slow breaths to calm your mind and body. Donโt keep your feelings bottled up, lighten your emotional load by sharing them with a friend and there are plenty of us here who are more than happy to listen. Physical activity is a great stress reliever so take a short walk or any type of movement that feels good to you - it can make a big difference to flood your body with endorphins.
