What have you done that you are now your future self is grateful for? π€ π
When I think of what was my biggest achievement in my quit, the first thing is reaching out for support, joining quit support and asking for my families support π it actually was a real game changer. I always done it alone and my self judgements and expectations were pretty harsh, but in accepting I needed support meant I also changed my tune with myself, I was more supportive with me too as well as using and accepting all the support around me. Which as a serial quitter is what helped me massively be doing my longest quit to date π±π₯²
So this is something I done for my future self 4 and half years ago and Iβm so grateful ππ»
love the post. i am the same as you Cloe 12 Years ago, I logged on to Quit Support to quit smoking. Most of all I have made such a lot of lovely friends. I would be lost without Quit Support.
