Here are a few tips to stay calm during difficult times. As you breathe, relax the muscles in your face, jaw, shoulders and stomach. Count to 10. In the time it takes you to do so, you maybe able to look at your situation with a fresh pair of eyes.
Take a few slow deep breaths and focus on your breathing ๐ฎโ๐จ
If possible remove yourself from the stressful situation by stepping out. Just a few minutes will help put the situation into perspective.
Try a 3 minute meditationโฆโฆโฆ In a quiet place position yourself comfortably and close your eyes. Notice how your body feels and allow yourself to relax ๐งโโ๏ธ
Find something positive, something for which you can be thankful as every cloud has a silver lining. Look for it ๐
Eat well as good nutrition is an important management tool๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅฆ
Get moving as exercise really does boost endorphins and improve better sleep๐โโ๏ธ๐คธ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ดโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธโโก๏ธ
Let it goโฆโฆ..what happened yesterday is in the past so donโt stress over it. Just keep calm and carry on๐ญ๐ช
