Hi , S23409, Getting spots is a common withdrawal symptom. Your skin is regenerating and de-toxing all those nasty chemicals from smoking. It takes about 1 month for your skin to get back to being healthy and probably better than it has ever been. Moisturise and make sure your getting enough vitamin c. xxx

Me! Google Quit Zits 😂 there’s lots of people reporting the same thing. I’ve had them since the first few weeks, on day 50 something of my quit now as they’ve settled down a bit but my skin is still worse than when I was a smoker 🙈
Apparently it does end eventually and then your skin is much better for it- here’s hoping that stage hurries up 🤣
Xxx

3 weeks in and my face is the best it's been since before puberty lol... I've always had lots of blackheads and now have none.
