It’s important to remember that non-smokers feel stressed out at Christmas too, but they never feel the need to pump themselves full of poison.
Our default setting is to smoke in just so many situations: telephone, coffee, work break, after meals and any stressful situation etc etc.
We have to be careful of this when we stop as this is when the cravings are strongest and your mind starts playing games with you.
Try to think of others this Christmas, especially those that annoy you most. Offer them things: tea, drinks etc. Ask them if they’re ok. Try not to focus on self too much until you come on here to vent or share.
Little things like this will help you through.
Remember walks and water.
Have a Happy Christmas everyone and stay strong by surrendering.

Thanks for a great post.... Battling the urges at the moment, your post made sense to me, I know it's normal, especially at this time of the year.... Time to focus on other things. Have a great smoke free Christmas 🎄🎄👍🎉
