Good morning sunshine🌞...........are you going for another walk in the sun?😍 I can't today 'cos it's bucketing.☔☔☔I managed to buy some apples🍎🍎 at the farmers market,took Wiggles🐕🐾🐾 out at lunchtime now I need a scuba suit.............so I'm flopping in front of the telly!!💤💤XXX

Hi 👋 all good today - increased my brisk walk from 30 to 50 minutes today - I loved it - not sure about my 10 year old dog though 😆 mind you - she is just as daft as me so all good 👍👍 both got a bit damp 😝

I miss the outdoors - particularly star gazing at night in the garden since stopping! So, for the time that I would have been outside having a smoke I decided that that would be how long my daily walk would be! It kinda makes sense I think 🤔 😆
