I been fighting the temptation and the craving but when I get real bad I get on here it helps me so much tubby.. I see others that are having a hard time just like me but we have each other to lean on.. I will keep in mind 4mths... but I am gonna be there before you know it...❣️😊😎😊💞many many hugs hon XXXX

I have been craving a lot this week too so I have spent extra time at the gym and pool... my arms ache so much I couldn’t smoke even if I wanted to lol

Well done tiggs 3 months is a major milestone,might be a little bumpy but you can do this💪. It's a good idea to keep those cravings away with sport.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
