Got out and got sum fresh air walked around the yard.. something I haven't done in a hot minute...felt great 🤗🤗😁😎

I'm doing my best to be able to walk again.. I had turned into a couch potato cause my breathing wasn't good at all but now I can and it's the best feeling ever 😊 😎
