Hi people sorry that it's been so long I have given up smoking now for 2years I feel so much better for it my skin feels good my hair and my face doesn't have so many wrinkles lol for the people who have just started on their journey keep on going it's worth it in the end . Every so often I still fancy a fag but it's not that bad as in the beginning good luck
