Hey everyone! I quit nicotine almost month ago on October 20th! I was a smoker since I was about 17, started and the end of my high school years. I am now 28. I tried to quit last year with the help of gum and patches, but that didn't really worked for me. I then tried a different approach a couple of months ago. I switched to ecigarette, starting with a high dose of nicotine. Slowly over the last few months, I gradually lowered the dose I was smoking. Last October 20th, I finally switched to 0% nicotine and haven't been back to it since. The first couples of days were pretty hard, but that passed. I'm still using the ecigarette here and there throughout the day I guess feels like it relaxes me? But now I'm just vaping without any nicotine

Wow Tal well done for that.👏 That is the correct way to use ecigarettes as NRT✅. I'm sure that you will eventually find that you no longer need the hand to mouth habit anymore.
