Has it really been that long since my last ciggie. Feels like a lifetime ago and so normal to be a 🚱 🚬 now. πŸ™ƒ My friends also see it as normal, weird isn't it. My dentist noticed straight away and was very pleased. Teeth are looking very nice. The quit is going brilliantly and it's defo a NOPE situation. Keep going all my fellow quitters and those having a hard time with it, don't let Mr nick win. Love this little site, enjoying putting in my weekly thoughts πŸ’. Till next time folks
