3 Weeks

Hello All. Reached my 3 week mark over the weekend and was tested with boys getaway weekend. Went OK, no smokes but was fairly anxious being away from my comfort zone.

Very happy to be at week 3. It isn't getting easier yet but I'm keeping that long term goal at the forefront and getting through the side issues on this journey

I think we were all fairly anxious at the beginning but keep moving forward as every day smoke free is a step in the right direction👍🏼xx
