Hi All not been on for few days,👍hope everyone is well, Im so Happy I am still a qiiter cant believe it will be 6 weeks today, what has surprised me is I dident plan on quiting at all,It just happened on spur of the moment,I went on line and went to Alan Carr website saw a stop smoking seminer and booked for next day Best thing I have done ☘️good Luck to all keep smiling not smoking 🌹
