Trying to hold on..
Hi 103063, well done for your decision to quit and of course for your 4 smoke free days.
Welcome to Quit Support.๐
May I suggest you read the pinned ๐posts there's lots of help there.
Please remember to drink lots of water ๐ฐto flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.
If you feel you need any more help or even just a shoulder to lean on please don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone here.
Good luck with your quit.๐๐ญxx
Thank you so much..
Brilliant start 4 days. Your little one should be proud of you, and what better reason to quit for your family.
I will go sort out your badge and add you to our database. Your badge appears next to your name and is updated weekly. xxx
Thank you ๐
Hang on in there. 10 days for me so far. Itโs no picnic, but I just know itโs worth it.
Try to stay motivated. By the pluses. More money in your purse being the big 1, I used to have chewing gum near by to ward off the craving, i found it helped me. Good luck 103063. Brian
Hi - well done so far, keep it up - it is so worth it ๐ my son rang me this morning from Uni just to tell me how proud he is of me - and itโs only been a week - that meant the world to me and makes it worth it, priceless ๐
Does make you smile ๐
Welcome to Quit Support๐ญโ
Keep hanging in there one day at a time and you can do this.
We look forward to supporting you๐xx
4 days is brilliant . You can do this.๐๐ช๐ช
Well done.. U got this.. One day at a time.. Stay strong. All the best..
I think I just might..but it ain't easy by no means..๐ค
It is not easy, probably the toughest thing u will ever do, but it is possible to overcome this habit. N once u are done with it, the freedom is well worth the effort and the struggles. It takes anywhere from 7-12 months to feel you are free of this habit, so it is not a very long time, stay strong, power through and u will be free. Cheers.
