Brilliant start 4 days. Your little one should be proud of you, and what better reason to quit for your family.

I will go sort out your badge and add you to our database. Your badge appears next to your name and is updated weekly. :) xxx

Hang on in there. 10 days for me so far. It’s no picnic, but I just know it’s worth it.

Try to stay motivated. By the pluses. More money in your purse being the big 1, I used to have chewing gum near by to ward off the craving, i found it helped me. Good luck 103063. Brian

Hi - well done so far, keep it up - it is so worth it 👍 my son rang me this morning from Uni just to tell me how proud he is of me - and it’s only been a week - that meant the world to me and makes it worth it, priceless 😁

Does make you smile 😊

It is not easy, probably the toughest thing u will ever do, but it is possible to overcome this habit. N once u are done with it, the freedom is well worth the effort and the struggles. It takes anywhere from 7-12 months to feel you are free of this habit, so it is not a very long time, stay strong, power through and u will be free. Cheers.
