Trying to hold on..
Hi 103063, well done for your decision to quit and of course for your 4 smoke free days.
Welcome to Quit Support.π
May I suggest you read the pinned πposts there's lots of help there.
Please remember to drink lots of water π°to flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.
If you feel you need any more help or even just a shoulder to lean on please don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone here.
Good luck with your quit.ππxx
Thank you so much..
Brilliant start 4 days. Your little one should be proud of you, and what better reason to quit for your family.
I will go sort out your badge and add you to our database. Your badge appears next to your name and is updated weekly. xxx
Thank you π
Hang on in there. 10 days for me so far. Itβs no picnic, but I just know itβs worth it.
Try to stay motivated. By the pluses. More money in your purse being the big 1, I used to have chewing gum near by to ward off the craving, i found it helped me. Good luck 103063. Brian
Hi - well done so far, keep it up - it is so worth it π my son rang me this morning from Uni just to tell me how proud he is of me - and itβs only been a week - that meant the world to me and makes it worth it, priceless π
Does make you smile π
Welcome to Quit Supportπβ
Keep hanging in there one day at a time and you can do this.
We look forward to supporting youπxx
4 days is brilliant . You can do this.ππͺπͺ
Well done.. U got this.. One day at a time.. Stay strong. All the best..
I think I just might..but it ain't easy by no means..π€
It is not easy, probably the toughest thing u will ever do, but it is possible to overcome this habit. N once u are done with it, the freedom is well worth the effort and the struggles. It takes anywhere from 7-12 months to feel you are free of this habit, so it is not a very long time, stay strong, power through and u will be free. Cheers.
