Two weeks in 💪

Hi everyone

Two weeks in since I quit vaping cold turkey. It definitely gets easier but there are still challenges. I went out on Saturday night and my friends were vaping and smoking shisha. I had to resist when all I wanted to do was join in.

BUT I refrained and today I feel very proud of myself. I’m loving my nicotine free life where I can do what I want when I want. No more thinking about the next smoke all day every day. It is now only a few times a day when I crave rather than constantly!!

I wish everyone else success on their journey and thank you everyone for the support ✌️
