Hello 👋 everyone. Another successful 🚬 🆓 week. No real news again as its all going so well. My throat feels a little better now, not so rough as before, but there seems to be less gunk coming up from my lungs now and not as often. I assumed that there would be loads for yrs as i was 🚬 ing from the age of 14 which makes 40 yrs. Any thoughts 💭 on that would be great. 😀. To all the new quitters, keep at it, i can't stress how much its worth it. It's a mental game of sorts and you have to be the best players. Good luck 🤞.

Hi PH, I love the way you drop in up-dating us on your quit. You're doing really well,8 weeks already. I too, did not cough up amazing amounts of gunk. I thing that's quite a subjective thing. I also smoked 2/3 pkts a day for 40+ years. As I'm typing I'm thinking how daft I've been!!

Keep up the good work hun👍🚭xx

Well done Purple, it’s so good to hear you’ve had another successful week on your journey👏🏼

Those weeks are really adding up now, fantastic👍🏼

Like tubby I didn’t cough much either, so I guess we’re lucky.

Have a great weekend🚭✅xx

Your doing great Purplehaze, I think most of us have smoked like you. As for how long it takes to clear out the rubbish varies. It took me about 3 months before I really forgot about coughing that rubbish up.

Have a lovely day! xxx :)
