Here again at the beginning.

The only thing at the moment that is making me feel good is not smoking.

I am totally alone, no family, I work away, so no friends.

Cigarettes are no longer my friend, nor will they ever be.

May I suggest that you use one of the modern,cheaper communication systems to stay in contact with your friends. There are so many now,which work on the internet. Remember very few folk manage to quit at the 1st attempt, or even the 2nd. On survey suggests it takes up to 30!!Keep this site close.
