I'm afraid that there are highs and lows on this quitting roller coaster🎢. I found the best option was getting on with something. I exhausted the dog🐾🐾 with extra walks(make sure you don't have enough change to buy............) I went out with just enough for a coffee☕.I,too smoked for over 40 years,with some attempts at quitting on the way. So yes,we can do this.Hang in there 'cos it gets easier👏💪xx.
