Hi Hannon1, Well done for your 2 smoke free weeks.Quitting is the best birthday present you could give yourself. So,happy birthday!!๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿฐ

Changing your wardrobe is a good idea,it's a good way to reward yourself. You now have some extra cash,so you can splash out on something special. If you should put on weight it won't be from one day to the next.

Happy days๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿšญxx

Hi Hannon, yes itโ€™s a great feeling to know youโ€™re not alone in this and that makes a big difference๐Ÿ‘

You can look forward to everything smelling nice and fresh and clean now, without the lingering odour of smoke. All that washing will keep you busy too, so itโ€™s a win win situation.

Happy days xx

Not being alone makes a massive difference. I will eternally be grateful for the support I got here when I started my quit journey over 5 years ago.

Looking at quitting as being exciting in terms of all the positives is the best way to approach it.

You have lots to look forward to, smelling nice, extra money, improved health just to name a few. Positive affirmations will get through the challenging times.

You are doing brilliantly, stay strong ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช
