Am finally into my 6th week and it's been an amazing journey. Sickness has all gone, still no cravings and every other day a huge amount of tar and gunk leaves my lungs. Food is tasting so fresh and new. Its like I've never eaten before. To all the new quitters out there, there will be hard time's but coming through the other side give you an amazing sense of achievement. Please don't give up. Push through and make it happen. You can do it. NOT ONE PUFF EVER.
