42 days quit😊psoriasis clearing , my fingers don’t go white in cold but still really struggling with insomnia and stomach problems but determined to stick with it as after 40 years I guess it will take months not weeks to feel better

Hi Maison, Like you Im also 60, I stopped about 18 months ago, and also suffered with the insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks. I got through it and it does get easier, I ended up seeing my GP about the sleeping but you have to do whats best for you, I also got loads of help and advice on this forum for which I will be eternally grateful, stay strong and never give up, regards Pete
Just want to say you are doing good I waited till I was 70 before I could get clean of cigs after Avery bad bout of pneumonia. Feel good but wish I’d done it at 60 like you would be feeling even better take care xxx
Congratulations Maison8, it will take months. My sleep patterns are still slightly disturbed but it is a small price to pay. I can't believe my skin either, I look younger. Well done to you, it does feel so good to be smoke free.
