Hi Fahri, Well done for your decision to quit👏 and of course for your 3 smoke free months.

Welcome to Quit Support.💙

It’s never easy to quit but it’s easier with a little support.💪

3 months can be sort of sticky,it's known as the icky threes but you don't mention whether or not you've had these problems before during your quit.

If you're worried or your symptoms persist I suggest you have a word with your doctor.

Please read the pinned posts,📌 there is lots of information there. You will find the posts to the right or at the bottom of your screen depending which device you are using.

May I suggest you drink plenty of water💧💦 to flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.

Please let us know the exact date of your quit so that we can assign you a winners' badge and add your name to the wall of winners.

If you feel you need any more help please don’t hesitate to ask. There is always someone here.

May I remind you not to post any personal information. If in doubt, leave it out!

Good luck with your quit.🍀🚭xx

Dear Fahri, big congrats on your 3 months of being smoke free❗😀👍 , great job. When you get to the three month mark as you have, you get tested a bit. This is normal! Shortness of breath etc. This does pass😁 also difficulty staying asleep is common as well. Try a warm bath, nice music, positive thoughts before bed. Deep breaths do wonders too.😊👍 you will be back to yourself before you know it. Stay strong😀💪
