It’s been a while since I have been on here... just been very busy and only just realised tomorrow will be my 4️⃣th year smoke free... I am barely using my ecig now I’m getting healthier and now started riding a bike everywhere to keep as fit as I can .. to those who are just starting on this journey remember none of us just quit it took many attempts to find the right quit that worked and this was my 5-6th attempt and I’m so glad I did it ... I feel better in myself my skin feels much better no more yellow fingers or tongue due to nicotine staining... just remember this site and the fantastic people on here will get u through every day of ur quits and that it can be done ... just remember NOPE

You are an inspiration to others Andy and I’m impressed, you have proved to your children that you can do this, they must be so proud of their mum.

😀👍🌞😘🌹 Xx

They keep me strong tbh and knowing what a struggle I had with quitting they aren’t too eager to start it up so something good has come from it

I struggled with food portions too but after a while it just got easier but I did find it I tried to stop myself having something I really wanted it made it worse so have the odd treat but just watch portions that’s all that is really needed
