Blood in mouth of a morning

Hi stopping smoking 2 months ago but lately waking up in morning with blood in my mouth which is alarming had cheat xray and camera up nose and down throat al cane back ok could this be to do with my gums many thanks

Try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water, or cordysdol, this should improve matters. If it persists, please see your dentist for peace of mind.
