8 days in

Well, 8 day's in and going fantastic. No craving in the slightest which i find hard to believe. Bringing up some interesting stuff from my lungs which i think is good. I think i can tell that there has been a positive change in my circulation as I'm not getting dead fingers anymore. Still feeling sick, but not as much as on day 5. Be strong my fellow quitters. 🙃
